The momos came out just right, and I really enjoyed the rich, authentic flavors at the Arabic counter. Chef Bimal was kind and helped us choose what to order. The tandoor starters were fresh and well marinated, and every dish looked lovely. Great hospitality, a nice atmosphere, and delicious food made this a memorable meal at Planet Hollywood Hotel. We had a wonderful time and hope to return soon.

We were a group of seven, and the service repeatedly let us down. Drinks took 45 mins at the bar and 40 mins at the pool, which was often unattended. Our rooms smelled strongly of damp. When we asked for a deep clean, staff sprayed air freshener instead. There were no gowns, irons, or slippers. Breakfast came without cutlery and the food was cold. The hotel food was poor enough that we ate dinner out for 5 days. The property itself is beautiful, but that doesn't make up for feeling like an afterthought. We were told we'd be moved to a tiny breakfast room because of "space," but were lied to: it was to accommodate the wedding's dietary needs at our expense. Cleaning noise from the wedding party at 1 AM woke us up. We're still staying here until 27th and leave tomorrow, but there's still been no resolution.

Chef Bimal went out of his way to figure out what a child would enjoy, then made a dish just the way she liked it. Urmila was also warm and supportive throughout. We couldn't get an early check-in because occupancy was high, but that didn't define our stay. The rooms were excellent and well kept, and room service was satisfactory. We booked two days with my family and a friend's family, including an elderly parent and three kids. Pleasant and family-friendly so far.

We loved how easy it was to reach nearby villages, and the white sand, friendly service and relaxed feel make us want to return, mostly because of the staff. Breakfast had lots of choice, the food was great, prices reasonable, and the cocktails lovely. The beachfront feels like a private hideaway, with good beach restaurants just a short walk either way. The pool is large and lovely for unwinding. Carlos by the pool was a rock star, and Jogesh at the front desk, the duty manager, was another gem. Everyone we met was kind, helpful and accommodating. We had a wonderful family trip at Planet Hollywood South Goa. One thing to check ahead is whether a large event or wedding is scheduled, since some event spaces are near shared areas. If you're attending an event, the team runs it like a well-oiled machine, with impressive creativity, production and setting.
