We came with friends on vacation and found the villa well maintained, private, and secluded. It works well for a group of about 10. The beach is a bit far, but the service was great and the food decent. Staying here was worthwhile.

Mr. Mishra ji, the villa's caretaker, was genuinely humble and helpful once he got involved. Many thanks to him for his service. The villa itself is nice and decent, but our group of 20 had a very difficult time because of the booking agency, @travel o villa. They were unresponsive after taking payment, and I found their service pathetic and unsuitable for this industry. They charged more than the luxe loft villa site, too. Be careful with this agency/site.

You really need your own transport to get to this bungalow. It's tucked a little inland, and the closest beaches, miramar or Calangute, are about 8-10 kms away. Still, the bungalow and the place itself are amazing.

The housekeeping staff were very hospitable, and the villa was clean and nice. It looked just like the pictures.

A good choice for a weekend away, with a private stay that suits families and groups.
