I travelled alone for the first time, about 1900 km from home, and was worried about what things would be like in a new city. The manager and staff were so friendly that I didn't face any issues. The hotel was charming, clean, and quiet, with a wonderful ambience and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options, and the location was perfect, within walking distance of everything. It felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend! 😊

My experience at Hotel Aurellia was different and really heart touching, especially thanks to Mr. Mahesh. He was courteous, attentive, and ready to help with a genuine smile. His professional, prompt support made the problem comfortable and stress-free, and improved the whole experience. Service like his makes a real difference and reflects well on the hotel. I highly recommend Hotel Aurellia. A big thank you to Mr. Mahesh for the excellent hospitality.

The staff are friendly and supportive, and the services are really good. I had a great experience. While I was fasting for Ramazan, they even arranged sehri for me.

The room had lizards, and the front desk manager was very rude. I was sick and needed to rest while my wife and child went out to get food. Two access cards would have made that simple, but the reception couldn't see the common sense in it.

The atmosphere and service were both great, and I really enjoyed staying there. It felt like home. A really awesome experience, hip hip hooray!
