Hotel Binori

This is highly unprofessional. I’ve called several times to book the restaurant, and each time they transferred me to another line where nobody answered. I raised the same issue again today. The person apologized, said they’d check, transfer the call, communicate, and get back to me. Still, nobody picked up or called back. This is a four-star hotel, but the behavior is extremely unprofessional.

The rooms were huge, and being right on the highway made the hotel easy to reach. But check-in was slow, and the rooms felt average and not particularly well maintained. The walls seemed thin, so I could hear people in the neighboring rooms. The buffet was subpar, nothing special, and keep in mind this is a pure vegetarian hotel. I wouldn’t come back, and there are other hotels in the area worth considering first.

The breakfast had plenty of choice, including Gujarati, North Indian, South Indian, and English options, and I enjoyed it both times I mentioned it. The restaurant is spacious, with a double-height ceiling and attractive wall art and murals. Staff were attentive and the service was excellent. The hotel also has a rooftop restaurant and an in-house spa service. I stayed just one night for work, so I didn’t get to explore the whole place. My upgraded suite was roomy, clean, well kept, and had a large bathroom. The hotel itself was clean and peaceful. There’s parking, though no separate place for drivers to stay. It was easy to find on SG Highway, and check-in and checkout were quick. I arrived at 11 pm, and the front desk staff were still attentive, quick, and courteous, and gave me the upgrade. The building’s large windows and facade lighting look good. I’d recommend it for a work trip to Ahmedabad and would stay here again.

The food was great, and breakfast had a good range of options. The rooms are average and small, though, and I didn’t get a very good feeling while inside. I’d give the hotel 3.5 stars overall.
