Hotel Blue Diamond

It's in a posh area, though the location is a little hard to find because Google shows the wrong place. The staff are good and behave nicely. Rooms aren't too bad, but they need to be cleaner, better ventilated, and sanitized. The room quality makes it a little costly. Still, it's worth booking if you want a hassle-free check-in and check-out.

I flew here expecting a place to stay because I had a confirmed booking code, but when I arrived they wouldn't let me into the hotel. The boy was asleep when I knocked and wouldn't even get up. The employees are irresponsible. You should have warned me to book somewhere else. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

The photos are misleading, and the rooms don't match them. The rooms were very dirty, they wouldn't even change the bed sheets, and the washroom was terrible. Don't book here.

I wasn't satisfied with the service and had a bad experience. I booked through goibibo, but the hotel denied my confirmed booking at check-in and blamed goibibo. I don't recommend booking goibibo Hotels.
