Parking is the main snag. Only a few cars fit inside, so some people leave theirs on the street, although security keeps an eye on them and there’s no need to worry. The food was tasty, and the hotel was neat and clean thanks to the staff. It’s just 50 meters from the main road. I stayed for two days and one night and found plenty to like. The problem was that reception and room service didn’t answer calls at night. Still, it’s a good hotel for an occasion.

Our team had a bad experience with General Manager Mr. Rakesh Kumar that left us with a very poor impression of the hotel’s hospitality. Without any prior instructions from us, he refused to give our photographers food and allowed them only water. No policy about this had been clearly explained, which was frustrating given the work they were doing for the client. When we raised the issue, he didn’t acknowledge the discomfort and argued with us unprofessionally. We told him that this was how he spoke to and insulted clients, and he replied, “If you feel I’m insulting you, then so be it.” His handling of the situation felt disrespectful, and he showed none of the basic courtesy or professionalism expected of a hospitality leader. It’s unfortunate that a place with the potential to offer good service was spoiled by this encounter. I hope management takes the feedback seriously and addresses Mr. Kumar’s conduct, making sure guests and service providers are treated with dignity and professionalism. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless the hotel can guarantee this won’t happen again.

They quoted us one room booking rate, then raised the prices and denied the earlier offer when we went to pay. The way they spoke to us was awful. Mr Piyush Gupta was extremely rude and raised his voice at me, with no sense of how to speak to a woman. I didn’t feel the environment was safe, especially for families and girls, and can’t recommend staying here.

Mr. Piyush Gupta, the Manager, gave us a committed rate for a bulk booking, then changed it at the last minute. When we challenged him, he reacted rudely and spoke to my fiancé in a threatening, uncivilized, and disrespectful way. The hotel showed no ethics or respect for guests. Don’t trust their word.

Nothing about the stay felt pleasant. At Hotel Classico Collection, the staff seemed unprofessional, the food wasn’t acceptable, and every service was slow and disorganized. Better training and management might help this place, but right now it’s well below expectations.
