I left feeling that the stay had wasted both my time and money. The room was dirty, in poor shape, and didn't seem ready for guests. When I brought up legitimate problems, I was ignored or fobbed off with excuses. The staff came across as rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to help. This place doesn't merit its rating or its prices, with so little attention to cleanliness, hospitality, or accountability. I'd tell anyone thinking of staying here to choose somewhere else.

The decor is easy on the eyes, and there's a good amount of open space for weddings and other functions. Guest washrooms are available, too. It's on Deva Road near Telco, with plenty of parking at the back.

I've been coming here for more than two years, and it's still my favorite place to stay in Lucknow. The people are understanding, and the rooms and surroundings are great. Mr. Tanmay, the front desk manager, was especially good and handled the services really well. The location's fabulous, too.

For a marriage booking, this place may be fine. I wouldn't choose it to stay as a solo traveler. While they were busy with a wedding function, they didn't attend to my needs, and I wasn't provided food or breakfast. The room fridge didn't work, the AC wouldn't cool, and the DJ played all night and kept me from sleeping. Not recommended for a stay.

Nice building and good service, and the price is cheap for what you get. It's a bit far from the city and Gomtinagar, though.
