The price is good for what you get, and the staff are polite and quick. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the included breakfast is good value, though I wouldn't recommend it because most of the food was bland. The bathrooms were a real problem: our bucket wasn't clean, the exhaust fan didn't work properly, and the taps and knobs were coming right off the wall. The main positives for me were the clean rooms, kind staff, and value.

The beds were poor, the stay was miserable, and the rooms were in very bad condition and extremely unhygienic. I was put here by a business associate, despite having told them as much as I could to avoid it. Service was very bad too. The staff weren't trained or courteous, and would bang the phone down if I asked for help. They said they only had as many bedsheets as rooms, so I couldn't get an extra one. It felt like they knew I'd already paid and wouldn't return. I won't be back. Don't be fooled by the fancy entrance lights or pictures. I felt like I'd caught a disease and planned to get fully vaccinated and sanitized once I got home.

Room No. 108 was much too small for three people, leaving us cramped and uncomfortable. The management seemed focused on filling rooms instead of guest comfort, and the room felt poorly managed. A very disappointing experience, not recommended.

We only stayed one night, and the central location was a plus. Staff were courteous and helpful, and the food quality was decent. But the rooms, especially the bathrooms, need major renovation. The bathroom wasn't very clean and had old fittings, and we found bugs in the bed, which kept us from sleeping well. Hygiene was poor in the room and common areas. Renovating could improve the hotel's ratings.
