The property is set up well for conventions and weddings, with large, airy banquets and ample parking. It’s easy to reach from the highway or bypass, though it isn’t close to the main tourist sights, so plan on taking cabs to explore the city. I came for a quick 2 days trip that became a comfortable stay at The Elite Lucknow Convention Hotel. My room was spotless, spacious, and quiet after a long drive. Housekeeping paid attention, and the staff were warm, acknowledging requests with a smile and handling them quickly. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and varied. Dinner was good too. There was a delay, but they made some jain food for me, which I appreciated. A couple of things could be better: Wi-Fi was inconsistent at times, and room service once took longer than expected during peak hours. None of that was a dealbreaker. It’s not a five-star hotel and doesn’t claim to be one. I’d happily return for business or family travel for the clean rooms, kind staff, solid food, and event facilities at a fair price.

A dull-looking corridor could use some improvement, and the rooms don’t have a particular view. Still, the hotel works well for a short visit. It’s close to the highway and easy to access, with courteous, attentive staff and prompt service. The food was quite good, and breakfast had an excellent range of options.

Sonu Shukla, Jagmohan, and Anuj Choudhary were helpful throughout our trip and made it memorable. We stayed at elite lucknow convention hotel this year, and it was a magnificent experience. The staff were very helpful, and both dinner and breakfast were excellent.
4/10
This place is over-budget, and I think its 4.5 rating is a scam. The bathroom locks were broken, the flush didn’t work, and the geyser was out of order. Staff didn’t even have the courtesy to apologize for services promised with the room but not provided. Food was expensive and average tasting. I’ve encountered more professional staff at smaller hotels.

At the Lucknow Convention Hotel, I enjoyed the food and found the staff helpful. Anuj Saini especially stood out. It’s always nice to get good service and hospitality. What did you like most about the food? Was there a dish that stood out?
