The hotel had no electricity at all when I checked in through Oyo, which I booked directly because it was near my test centre in Bijnor. The room was completely dark, with no lights, fan, or AC. The receptionist was chewing pan masala and said power would be back in half an hour. I checked in at 3:30 pm, but the lights came on at 10 pm. Even then, it was only single phase, and the AC still didn't work. There was no fan in the room. Full power only came back after 4 am, and until then there was no backup at all, no inverter or generator. Despite asking many times, they didn't provide mosquito repellent, and I killed about 15 mosquitoes that night. There was no towel or complimentary water bottle either. It was a horrible experience, and I somehow got through that night. Please don't go there. It's only for couples who come for 2-3 hours and leave. Going alone or with family is strictly not recommended.

The flush in the washroom didn't work, and we had to call the plumber repeatedly to fix it. The room looked cheap in person, although it was near the airport and we only needed a night's sleep before our flight. We checked it on Oyo and planned to see it before booking, but they charged extra and said they wouldn't accept Oyo bookings. The receptionist was rude, and the two men at the desk gave us different prices. They charged 30 for a water bottle marked 20. The service was disappointing. Worst hotel ever, they just loot people and don't care about customers.

The breakfast was limited, and they wouldn’t serve it before 8:30 even when I asked if it could come earlier. Getting a water bottle took at least three calls to room service, and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly. I gave OYO (Collection O) a written complaint while I was there, but nothing was done. The staff were extremely unprofessional. A very bad stay, not worth it.

The rooms weren’t ready even though they’d been booked in advance. We found stained sheets, dirty bathrooms, and no water bottle. Neither the AC nor the fan worked. The staff were ill mannered, and I had a terrible night’s sleep. Worst place I’ve stayed, and I’d tell people to avoid it.
