The front desk and housekeeping let the hotel down in my experience. They came across as a little arrogant and unprofessional, and both check-in and check-out dragged on instead of going smoothly. That needs attention soon. I stayed two nights on a business trip to Lucknow. The building looks beautiful outside, and there’s an elegant feel from reception through to the bedroom and restaurant. The rooms were spacious, neat, and clean, with basic amenities. The washroom was clean too, though its space could be arranged better. The in-house restaurant serves vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, and its staff were cordial and professional. There’s also a small bar on the ground floor and a few banquets. The hotel seems especially popular for weddings and other social gatherings.

Rooms could use a bit of an overhaul, though they were decent. For our child’s birthday event at the Grand JBR, the whole process went smoothly. Monica deserves special thanks for organizing everything so well. The staff were polite and attentive throughout the party. Food quality was good overall, with only a couple of minor things to improve and nothing major. I’d highly recommend the venue for events.

We’re a Delhi base family and held our son’s marriage at this hotel from 11 to 13 Feb 2026, hiring all the rooms. The rooms were excellent, service was appreciable, and the hotel staff and officers were congenial and amenable. Meals served across the different halls for breakfast, lunch, and dinner during the events were sumptuous and delicious. Good luck.

The Zade Hall was spacious enough for a gathering of 125 people, and the parking area was wide. The hotel is very good and easy to access. Food was awesome and tasty, staff were always ready to assist, and reception was quick to sort out requests.
