The city-centre location made it easy to reach attractions, shops, and places to eat, and the hotel still felt peaceful despite the busy surroundings. During my stay at Hotel Ganga Maiya, Lucknow from 9th to 11th April 2026, housekeeping kept the room fresh and comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. The room itself was neat and well maintained, and room service was prompt. The staff were polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, which made everything feel warm and welcoming. I found it good value for its cleanliness, service, and convenient spot, and would definitely stay here again. I'd recommend it to family and friends visiting Lucknow.

The food isn't served in a restaurant, but you can order from an extensive menu and have it brought to your room. Staff also gave us helpful advice on places to visit and arranged a car for a full day of sightseeing at a very reasonable price. Akash even paid out of his own pocket to recharge my phone, and was reimbursed. The hotel is close to a metro station and well located. Our spacious, comfortable room stayed warm in the height of winter without needing the supplied heater. The small balcony faces the road, but the sliding doors blocked most of the noise and we weren't disturbed. The bathroom was modern and clean, with a good selection of toiletries. All the staff were kind and helpful. A lovely hotel, highly recommended.

The delicious food was a real highlight of my one-day stay at Ganga Maiya, Lucknow. The property was comfortable, well maintained, and had all the amenities we needed. Akash was especially helpful with a couple of things, and his friendly support made our trip better. The location also put us close to local experiences, which we loved. Everyone was warm and welcoming, making for a pleasant stay. I'd recommend Ganga Maiya to anyone visiting Lucknow for comfort, hospitality, and good food.

Being near a metro station made getting around Lucknow easy, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well kept. On my first trip to the city, the morning staff gave me useful tips on places to see and how to steer clear of common scams. They were professional, warm, and genuinely welcoming. I had a really lovely stay at Hotel Ganga Maiya and would recommend it to anyone visiting Lucknow for the first time.
