Hotel Centra-Ahmedabad

The staff were prompt and courteous, and the food was delicious. Our room was spacious, well kept, and had everything we needed. The location is prime, with excellent connections even early in the morning. It’s a good Ahmedabad stay that doesn’t cost a fortune.

The rooms were comfortable and had all the amenities, the service staff were cordial, and the food was OK, though breakfast didn’t have much choice. But if you need the package inclusions or a GST Invoice, I’d avoid this place for a business trip. My cleartrip voucher said the hotel would issue the invoice, and I gave them the GST number at check-in. After two days, checkout turned into a 45-minute argument about who had to provide it. I had to leave for my flight, and although the hotel sent an invoice later that day, the address was wrong. I didn’t have the energy to chase a corrected one. The cleartrip package also listed Rs. 250/- food credit, 10% off food, and complimentary HiTea, but staff didn’t honor any of those even after I pointed them out during the stay. I booked through cleartrip and travel portals regularly, and had never run into this before.

The breakfast was delicious, and the receptionist was especially helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff service was highly commendable. We had an excellent stay, would gladly return, and would recommend the hotel to others.

I was there for 5 days. The food was amazing, especially lunch, which I had all five days without any complaints. Breakfast was good too, though a fruit salad with watermelon 🍉, pineapple 🍍 and other fruit would make it better. The room was just right for one person, neither too big nor too small, and the bathroom was clean with no bad smell. Staff were good as well. I’ll definitely recommend it to friends and family.
