Really disappointed. The reception guy was nice, but I can’t say much about the deluxe rooms. Please avoid booking a standard room, especially through OYO. You can hear people talking outside, and the toiletries were disgusting.

There’s a nice view, and it’s in a good location, about 6 km from central Munnar. It wasn’t too crowded when I was there. Staff were helpful, and it’s easy to get food at the hotel.

The place was unhygienic, and the rooms felt cheap for the high price, even in the off-season. Customer satisfaction seemed very low, and there was little respect shown to guests. One of the worst stays.

The rooms were pretty ordinary. The only reason I’m giving three stars is the guy at reception.

I had a good stay overall. Nice location and a nice experience.
