Even basic communication was difficult because the receptionist didn't understand Hindi or English. The rooms were very old and badly maintained, with dirty sheets, visible fungus on the walls, and no hot water. Hygiene clearly isn't a priority. The Google photos are misleading and look like they were taken five years ago. The actual rooms were disgusting and nothing like the pictures. A terrible stay, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The manager was energetic, friendly, and very helpful, which made a positive impression. We stayed one night as a family, felt safe and comfortable, and they let us bring our Shitzu Puppy when we asked. Would highly recommend ❤️❤️

The guy seemed to be trying to scam us the whole time, and it just wasn't a nice experience. The place was noisy and dirty, with only the floors clean. The bedsheets had what looked like dried slime and large brown stains, maybe from sweat. It's an Indian family hotel. One of my worst stays in India so far. I'd keep looking for something better.
