Our family stayed for one night at 4 seasons and were really happy with it. We booked two rooms on the second floor with balcony views, which were amazing. The beds were clean, and so were the bathrooms. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Parking may be hard to find on your own, but ask the front desk and they'll help you locate a spot. Good value for the money.
Abishek bro took us on a jeep safari for our first visit to munnar, and it turned into one of our best experiences. He stayed with us from morning until night and gave us time at each place without nagging or rushing us along. He explained all the details about the places we visited. He was genuine and humble, and the day was budget friendly. Unlike the other drivers I'd come across, he didn't ask for an extra penny. We had a wonderful time and loved the day. Thanks.
Manager Kuttan was especially helpful and polite, and made sure we felt welcome and that everything was taken care of. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained. I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend the hotel.
The morning views from the hotel are lovely, and the rooms are very good. Get a balcony room to enjoy the munner seeings from there. I'd recommend it for cupules.
