Casa Montana

We could look out over a great view from the balcony, and the location made it easy to reach the main town and local market. During our three days and two nights, the room stayed comfortable, with the bed, shower, and sofa all well maintained. The food was delicious, the staff were extremely helpful, and the service was outstanding. It felt like good value for money.

The view was great, and I liked the room itself. The bedding needs a serious upgrade, though. The sheets and blankets looked worn and dull, with dirt marks you could see. The linens definitely need to be cleaner.

After a long trip with my family, we felt we had no choice but to accept the amount the hotel demanded and pay it. The tariff kept changing, first before booking and then again at check-in. Well played by the hotel. For that price, the facilities were inadequate and didn't match what we paid. The room was only medium-sized, and the whole experience was disappointing. This sounds firm and suitable for a hotel review.

I was lucky to get a room overlooking the old cricket ground at Hotel Casa Montana in the old part of Munnar. It was a peaceful, charming view. The single and suite rates seemed fair, around 3,500 to 6,000 INR, and the food was delicious and clearly made with care. The reception team helped me arrange everything I needed, and the whole team welcomed me warmly from the moment I arrived. Their kind, caring hospitality made my stay memorable.
