The location and atmosphere were lovely, with pleasant surroundings for a relaxing break. Staff were friendly, but the service needs improvement: we had trouble with the hot water and TV, the WiFi was switched off without warning at times, and there was no bathroom water for my morning shower. My calls went unanswered, so I had to go outside and call several times before reaching someone. Those service problems wasted hours. The rooms were satisfactory, but the price for my two-room reservation felt very high, perhaps because of the season, and the overall experience was average at best. If they can't provide the expected service at these rates, they should lower prices or offer discounts. Guests should feel their money is well spent, which matters when deciding whether to recommend the resort. Breakfast and dinner weren't included in the reservation, so meals cost extra. Including them would have saved guests the trouble of finding other places to eat outside the resort.

I had a poor experience last week and would give this residency only two stars. The room I booked wasn't provided; instead, I was given one that was unusable. If this happens to ten customers, it won't take long for the business to close. These days people choose rooms based on online reviews, so customer satisfaction needs to be taken seriously.

The resort is conveniently placed for visiting the tourist spots, and the tea estate view behind it is beautiful. Our room was clean and spacious, the staff were friendly, and there’s a place for a campfire. We were very happy with our stay and highly recommend it if you're planning a peaceful Munnar trip.

We paid 5500/- for one double room and two single rooms for ten people. They also gave us two extra beds for the same price. Highly recommended 🙋
