I was very happy with my stay, and it turned out better than I expected. My room was comfortable. Someone extended her stay in the room I'd booked, so I was moved to the suite. It's much bigger, and only a few euros more if you can afford it, so I'd advise taking it. The bed had a good warm blanket and there was hot water whenever I checked. The man at reception was really nice and supplied everything I needed. WiFi was quite good, too. It's right in the center of Munnar, with lots of restaurants close by. Saravana Bhavan, Arabian grills and Tea Tales cafe are recommended.

Karthik, our host, was helpful during our stay. The hotel's main advantage is its spot in the center of Munnar town, close to restaurants, ATMs, taxis and tuk-tuks, with easy access to most sightseeing spots around Munnar. The room was small, basic and quite cold, so bring warm clothes. It did the job for a short stay, but wasn't very comfortable and could have been cleaner. A decent budget option if convenience matters.

The staff were helpful, and it's a budget stay right in the main city with lots of restaurants nearby. Room 105 was spacious, like in the photos, though the other rooms are small. We had to ask several times before the WiFi was fixed, and call multiple times for hot water. They provided a towel only after we asked, and there were no toiletries. The stairs are very narrow and steep, so carrying luggage is hard. I wouldn't recommend it for elderly people.
