The property’s tucked away from city noise, and the kids could play on the grounds while we relaxed. It’s still a short drive to the road and some main attractions. For New Year’s, there was a buffet, a bonfire, and impressive fireworks right in the driveway. We spent two nights here around New Year’s Eve with our extended family of nine and had a lovely stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and all the staff were welcoming and responsive. I especially enjoyed having breakfast set up just outside our rooms. I’d recommend staying here without hesitation.

The food felt like home cooking and didn’t upset my stomach, which was the best part. The menu for breakfast and dinner was limited, but the rooms were very clean and we had a very good stay. The whole team is doing a great job. I’ve travelled to lots of places in India, and I’d choose this guest house in Munnar again. I’d call them directly to book, since you may get a better price than through online apps or websites. It seems especially suited to families travelling with infants or kids.

Everything was neat and clean, and there was plenty of space and good parking. The food was delicious and portions were generous. Rooms, food, and service were all top notch, and I’m really happy with the experience. Highly recommended ❤️

John and Bigile, our host and caretaker, made us feel so welcome and went out of their way to make us comfortable, including preparing a home-cooked breakfast. Staying here felt like coming home. The room was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated, and the location worked perfectly for exploring the area. I’d choose this place again without a second thought. Highly recommend it for a personal, authentic travel experience.

Mr. John was especially kind and made sure we were comfortable throughout our two days at Crayons Guest House. He also suggested a jeep ride, which turned out to be amazing. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and any issues were sorted quickly. We really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Since we were leaving early, they kindly arranged it for 7 AM on our departure day. I highly recommend Crayons Guest House for a warm, comfortable, memorable stay.
