We spent one night at Mount Court Munnar and left very disappointed. The approach is a steep, narrow slope without a guardrail, and several of the advertised facilities weren't there: the swimming pool didn't exist, and breakfast shown on the website wasn't provided. Our balcony was unpleasant to use because toilet plumbing ran beside it, spreading a foul smell through the room whenever someone flushed. There was dust on the bed that left us itchy and uncomfortable all night. With no air conditioning and just one fan, the room was hot and had poor ventilation, making sleep difficult. The bathroom pipes leaked and the electric kettle didn't work. I strongly advise against staying here and recommend finding somewhere else.

The power went out in the middle of the night, but nobody came to fix it before morning. At 4:00AM the resort maintenance worker said the electric meter had tripped. Why was there nobody to deal with it when it happened at 2:00AM? The geyser wasn't switched on until we asked, and the rooms we were given felt far too expensive, especially with no AC. After we left the same rating on Booking com, they called me and harassed me with vulgar words. They also changed the booking combinations after we arrived and charged 500 more. It was a horrifying experience.

The rooms were kept hygienic, and the homemade food was really tasty. A really great, nice experience, especially chettan food mass 🔥🔥🔥

The rooms and bathroom were kept clean and hygienic. The staff are very friendly and give very good service, so you can choose this place to stay without any doubt.

The rooms and the nearby areas were not clean at all. Very cheap-quality rooms and service.
