The room was dusty, with visible marks on the carpet and bedding, and there was mold in the shower with grime on the bathroom tiles. Cleanliness was well below an acceptable level. Thin walls meant every sound and conversation from nearby rooms came through, so getting any peace was impossible. I left feeling very disappointed and wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a clean, private place.

The management was good, and the hotel was a decent option on a friendly budget.

There were ants all over the floor, and some even got into the bed, so relaxing was out of the question. The bed and blanket were stained, filthy, and smelled strongly of dirt. The property's infrastructure was in terrible shape too. I complained to the front desk several times, but nobody dealt with any of it. I left straight away and didn't get a refund. The maintenance and cleanliness were shocking, and I wouldn't recommend staying here.

There were ants on the beds and leeches around, with no basic amenities available. The washrooms were in poor condition, and the sheets stank. The rooms were dirty and didn't match the photos on @makemytrip.com, which showed the owner's residence instead of the rooms offered to guests. This was a completely awful stay. Please stop misleading people with these rooms and ruining their staycation.

I only stayed one night in their cheapest room, and it was clean and did what I needed. The owner was helpful and polite. It was good value for the price. Some people seem to expect a five-star stay for a one-star rate, which must be hard on hotel owners in India.
