Breakfast was good, and the premium room was clean, stylish, and had a lovely balcony view. The lobby's huge waterfall decor runs across several floors, and the sound of the real waterfall adds a lot of charm. The letdown was dinner. The food came cold and still wasn't heated properly after we asked, and service was slow. Still, it's a very good option to stay in munnar.

We were satisfied with our two-night stay. The rooms looked good and were spacious, and the buffet breakfast was better than the buffet dinner. It's a nice place to relax, though there isn't much to do. A campfire would have been a good activity, but they didn't provide one.

The room was well maintained, the meals were flavorful, and the surroundings gave the property a charming feel. Staff were professional and friendly, and the service impressed me. I also liked the pool: clean, inviting, and great for unwinding. I'd happily recommend this Munnar resort.

The property is clean and well maintained, and the restaurant worked well for breakfast. I wouldn't suggest it for dinner, though. There weren't many choices during my stay. One drawback is the location: it's almost 13 km from the main Munnar market.

The rooms were clean, modern, and looked after well, and the whole property felt safe. We had a fun, relaxing weekend, with a lively atmosphere that never felt too crowded. The music added to the holiday mood, even on a short stay. The pool area was spotless and nicely designed, with clear water and comfortable lounge chairs. Staff were friendly and quick to help, and the poolside service was a highlight. Drinks and snacks came fast and tasted great. A lovely place for a quiet break or a sunny day with friends and family. Can't wait to come back!
