The views were the part that made our mornings special: misty hills, greenery, and fresh mountain air. Swiss Garden sits right in the main part of Munnar, so sightseeing was easy, yet the place felt peaceful and close to nature. Our room was spacious, clean, and well kept, and the staff were polite and ready to help. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Munnar.

We were well looked after at Swiss Garden Inn. The management was friendly and professional, and their hospitality and quick service made the stay pleasant. The rooms were neat and the atmosphere was peaceful. I'd definitely recommend it.

We spent two days at Swiss garden and booked our rooms on the spot. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean. There were a couple of minor issues: the toilet smelled bad, the floor felt a bit sticky, and hot water wasn't available all day. When we asked, though, they provided hot water. We had a good stay overall.

It's an affordable place with a really nice location, close to Munnar's tourist spots. There's also a public auto stand right outside, which is handy.

We paid 1700 after some bargaining for a super deluxe room for one day, but got a dirty room and very poor service. There was no dustbin, cable connection, hot water, or housekeeping. It was unhygienic and a very bad experience. This place doesn't deserve even one star. Try another hotel.
