The hosts made our visit memorable with their excellent hospitality, and the rooms were cozy with lovely views. The local food was fantastic too. It's a charming, quiet place with a family-friendly feel, including for children. A great place to stay in Munnar, highly recommended.
The house owner was arrogant. We had to clean the rooms and table before leaving. Water use was limited, parking wasn't sufficient, and there was CCTV in the dining area. The place had no proper ventilation and no toiletries, and no plates were provided. There was no AC, but we still had to pay the amount charged by five-star hotels.
The owner's communication wasn't pleasant or helpful when I brought up problems. The room was dirty and didn't look like the listing photos, and basic amenities were missing or not working properly. Overall, the stay was disappointing and didn't meet expectations.

The setting was beautiful, with peaceful views and easy access to attractions. Highly recommend this place for the meals, welcoming hosts, and lovely location!
