We enjoyed our stay here, and the pool area was clean and well maintained. The view from the pool was amazing, and the food was really tasty, though it felt a little expensive. Our balcony also had a next level view, one of the best parts of the visit. The room was neat, clean, and well kept, and the staff were welcoming, polite, and friendly throughout. A couple of things could be better. The fridge wasn’t cooling properly, and although we told the staff, it wasn’t fully fixed while we were there. Bathroom basics like tissue also weren’t replaced regularly. Still, my wife and I had a good stay.

The spa helped me leave feeling calm and free of stress. This beautiful resort overlooks Ponmundi lake, Munna, and I loved the location, food, and hospitality. The staff were very responsive about food and local transport and kept up warm communication. Ms. Kiran at the reception was especially helpful with coordination. I loved my stay and would recommend it 100%.

We come back to this resort regularly, and choose it each time because we’ve had such consistently good stays. The food is delicious and high quality, and the rooms are comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Everything feels welcoming and premium, with excellent service. The ambience is peaceful and beautiful, making for a relaxing, memorable visit. Highly recommended.

Anjima at the reception made us feel valued from check-in onward. She was welcoming, professional, and helpful, and went the extra mile to make our visit more enjoyable. The rest of the staff were polite, attentive, and ready to help too. Ragamaya Resort & Spa is surrounded by peaceful nature, a lovely place to disconnect from a busy routine. The pool was clean and well maintained, with beautiful views, and the indoor games gave us something fun to do. It was a wonderful stay, and I’d happily come back. I highly recommend Ragmaya to anyone visiting Munnar for a peaceful stay with great amenities and service.

The staff were polite, cordial, and helpful throughout our family stay. The food was decent with a reasonable spread, though the taste and variety could be better. We also tried the spa, which was relaxing and professionally managed, and the resort itself was well maintained with good amenities. We stayed at Ragamaya Resort & Spa, Munnar from 11th to 15th April. Its calm natural setting, peaceful views, and distance from city noise made for a comfortable, refreshing break. I’d recommend it for families looking to unwind, especially if you value quiet, scenery, and courteous service.
