The balcony view was like a postcard: tea plantations, a small river behind the property, and misty hills in every direction. Waking up to it was something else. Grand Plaza Munnar is only about 1.5 km from the main town, a quiet spot that still feels convenient. The front desk team made check-in smooth after our long drive, and the staff were courteous, attentive, and welcoming throughout. Our room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, with comfortable bedding and all the essentials. Wi-Fi stayed reliable, a pleasant surprise in a hill station. Breakfast had a generous mix of South Indian and continental choices that changed each day. Grand Plaza got the balance of comfort, location, and hospitality right. Whether traveling as a couple, with family, or solo, it feels like home. I'll be back.

The peaceful atmosphere made our stay memorable, and the food was good. Grand Plaza Munnar sits in a beautiful setting with lovely hill views, while still being conveniently placed for nearby attractions and away from the crowds. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well kept, and the staff were courteous and always willing to help. I'd recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Munnar and would happily stay again.

Room service was quick and attentive, which added to the comfort of the stay. The room itself was clean, spacious, and excellent, with a lovely view of the Munnar landscape. There was a good range of delicious food, too. We had a wonderful time at Grand Plaza Munnar.
