At Munnar - Green Cove Resort, the breakfast choices were limited, and room service support was limited too. There wasn't a third-person arrangement, and nothing had been set up before check-in. The resort was decent enough to stay in, but I won't try it again.

The resort is a little tucked away, but it's easy to reach, so that wasn't a problem. Food choices were decent, tasty, served in good portions, and reasonably priced. The room was clean, and both the staff and owner were polite and down to earth. I'd recommend it and would visit again.

The service was poor throughout. Staff were slow and unresponsive, and they didn't seem to care about complaints. When we raised problems, they were ignored or met with a bad attitude. What was promised at booking was very different from what we found, and the place didn't meet basic hospitality standards. The room wasn't clean, hygiene was poor, and basic maintenance was lacking. It felt uncomfortable and unsafe to stay there. Breakfast included old chapathi, which was unacceptable and gave the impression that cleanliness and guest health didn't matter. The food overall was bad and didn't seem fresh. It wasn't worth the money. I would never recommend Green Cover Anachal.

The location is some distance from the sightseeing spots, but the resort is scenic and cozy. Rooms were clean and tidy, and room service was prompt. The employees were kind, and the manager made us feel welcome.
