The house sits on a hillside about 15 minutes from Munnar town, so the approach is quite steep. Even so, we had a very good stay, and the owner was helpful and accommodating. It was a great experience overall.

Moni and his family live on the ground floor, so they’re just a call away if you have questions. The host was very helpful, and there’s a small kitchen guests can use to prepare their own food. Finding the property was a little difficult, and it’s down a steep hill. A vehicle in poor condition may not be able to climb back up. Moni isn’t fluent in English, though. I’d still recommend the place.
