The location is the only good thing about this hotel. My stay was very bad, especially because the staff were ill-mannered and manipulative. I booked two days, but the room and bed were dirty. When I asked to move, they said there were no other rooms. The next day I left the key and asked them to clean, but they didn’t. They argued about giving us clean bedsheets and only agreed after the manager saw the escalation. They never provided towels or toiletries during the stay.

The premises are good and the ambience is fine. It’s on the main road, so it’s easy to reach after sightseeing, and getting to Munnar’s main tourist spots from here is fairly easy too. Though away from the crowded town, it’s usually calm and peaceful. There’s also a good restaurant alongside. A good hotel in the heart of Munnar at moderate rates.

A big no. The food was the worst, and it was all served cold. The staff weren’t cooperative. No tourist should go here.

There’s an ATM and a very good bakery next door where you can get breakfast, and plenty of tuk tuks can take you to Munnar town center in five minutes. We stayed at SN Hotel in Munnar in a very large room that could sleep three, with one large bed and one single. It was quiet, the beds were very comfortable, and the staff were nice.
