The rooms are large and the bathrooms were neat. The staff also provided good service and helped us with information about places we were planning to visit.

If you stay here, please avoid room 108. We had a lot of trouble getting hot water. We kept asking, but they still weren’t giving us any.

There was no hot water, the staff behaved rudely, and there was no room service. Better to avoid this hotel.

Please don’t stay here. The rooms were awful, and the place was not customer friendly. It was the worst experience.

They showed me around Munnar and gave me a big room. The staff were friendly, and the service was good.
