There weren’t rooms for drivers, which was the one drawback, but they arranged one at another hotel when we asked. The staff throughout the resort were polite and caring, and they were happy to provide several room services. We had good food at the restaurant, and the pool was clean and felt safe for kids. It’s a lovely place for a peaceful stay, with beautiful views, fresh air, and a calm atmosphere, without noise, pollution, or rush.

We stayed for two nights and enjoyed our time here. The rooms were spacious, and the property was clean and well looked after. Staff were courteous and pleasant. We had both breakfast and dinner at the resort, and the food was good. We’d come back again.

The breakfast was excellent, while the other meals and snacks were good. Munnar and activity spots such as Eravikullam National Park are about an hour’s drive away. We spent two nights and days here and had a peaceful, enjoyable stay. We were with my family and a cousin’s family, and our almost perfect room was spacious, with two bedrooms, a shared area, and a balcony overlooking the garden and valley. The rooms were clean and had good amenities. A couple of bathroom bolt corners were very sharp and could cause injury if you weren’t careful, and the balcony door took some effort to lock. The pool is more of a kids’ play area than a club-sized pool, with room for a couple of families at most. More on-site activities would help encourage guests to spend longer at the property.

The complimentary breakfast was good, but when we had coffee at 7:30 in the morning, they charged us because staff said it wasn’t breakfast time yet. After we questioned the charge, they removed it since we hadn’t had the complimentary breakfast the previous day. I’d stay here, but not for lunch or dinner. The taste was awful. We ordered a starter and fried rice, and both had lots of tomato sauce. The chilli prawn cost 350rs and came with just 5 pieces.
