We had a great stay at Tree Blanche Resort, with the peaceful mountain setting and valley views making it easy to relax. Our room was spacious, clean, and well cared for, and the balcony was especially lovely at sunrise and sunset. The pool was well maintained, and the food had a good range of options and tasted delicious. Staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help, which made the stay even better. It’s a comfortable place for families, couples, honeymooners, or groups. We really enjoyed our time here and would recommend Tree Blanche Resort to anyone visiting Munnar. We’d love to return.

The pool was one of the standouts: clean, spacious, and well maintained, with lovely scenery around it. We also enjoyed the food at Ivory Restaurant, especially breakfast and the mushroom masala. Guests mentioned kind service there, too. Our room was fresh-smelling, comfortable, and roomy, with a balcony, kettle, heater, hot water, and a hygienic bathroom. Housekeeping kept it neat. The resort itself felt peaceful and natural, and the staff gave us a warm welcome. There are spacious facilities and family-friendly features, including parking for kids.

Our trip was completely spoiled. The staff were awful: some were drunk while on duty, and they argued with us. The manager was rude and unprofessional too. We were afraid to eat the food. The chicken was raw and hadn't been boiled properly, and the vegetables weren't cooked through either. Getting to the resort means going a long way down by jeep. I'm pretty sure the Google reviews are fake, because what we experienced was nothing like what people posted. A total waste of money and the worst experience. Do NOT go here.

We spent two nights there, and every meal was tasteless. Breakfast was especially bad. We complained, hoping dinner would be better, but it was worse. There was no hot water for a morning bath, and the swimming pool restrictions were another disappointment.
