I booked through an online site and got a call from the owner saying the rooms were under renovation. He said he'd arrange another nearby property for the same price. But when I arrived there, they refused to check me in. The frustrating surprise came when I returned to SPOT ON Hotel Mahi..... it wasn't under renovation after all, so the owner had told me 100℅ false things. He did accommodate me for one day, then told me to check out the next day. After that, he moved me to a nearby guest house that was below standards. The guest house also didn't return my id proof. Bad experience with the owner: he falsely said his rooms were being renovated, shifted my booking to a new location very far, and that hotel refused my check-in. SPOT ON Hotel Mahi only accommodated me for one day, then moved me to a below-standard guest house.

The location near the railway station is convenient, and the hotel was nice. Thanks to all the reception staff, especially Vinod and Nilesh, for being so kind. I’ll be back soon.
