I went last year, and the working air conditioners were the only good thing about the stay. The bathroom had no lights, so after calling reception about six times, a boy brought a very dim night bulb. Hot water took an hour. When I asked room service for drinking water, they brought a filthy jug that I wouldn’t even use to wash my hands. They didn’t keep packaged drinking water, so I had to order mineral water on Blinkit. The rooms were awful, and the dirty sheets had hair and who knows what else on them. The walls looked like they hadn’t been painted since the 20th century. I chose the place because its location looked posh, but the experience was horrendous. It was worse than a lodge.

The rooms were dirty and had cockroaches everywhere. The manager was very rude and uncooperative, though the other staff were extremely helpful. Thank you, Bhavesh Uncle, for trying to help us!

After I booked, the hotel owner called to say the hotel was already fully booked and asked me to cancel.

I arrived with my wife, my six-year-old son, my three-year-old daughter, and my brother-in-law after going to a nearby hospital. I asked for a room, and they quoted 1500 for a room with no AC or geyser. My family was tired, so I agreed and asked them to hurry. The owner told me to call my family inside. I did, and then he asked for everyone’s ID. I gave him all of our IDs, but he refused to give us a room, saying I looked suspicious. He argued with me loudly in front of my family and called all of us suspicious people. I’m a businessman with three medical stores and one distributor, and I found him extremely rude. He doesn’t know how to treat customers. Don’t go here, or you may end up being insulted by him.
