I booked a room for one night, but my flight was delayed and I only reached the hotel at 1 AM after several calls went unanswered. Even though I had a booking, the staff said there was no room and refused to check me in. I was left stuck and confused in the middle of the night because of their negligence. Abysmal service. Avoid this place.

I was here for work and it suited me well. It’s near corporate offices like vinuce tower corporate office, and the wi fi made it easy to work comfortably.

The rooms were clean, which earns the extra star, but the service was poor. They’re very small, and the phones didn’t work, so I had to leave my room to speak with reception. The TV and AC remotes had cell issues, the toilet seat was partly broken, and toiletries weren’t provided unless I asked.

Even with an advance booking, there was no room for me, so they sent me to another hotel and said it was part of theirs. They wanted advance payment there, and the room was unclean with a very dirty washroom. They first gave me an unsealed water bottle, then said I’d have to pay extra for a sealed one. The window lock in that room was broken and it didn’t feel safe. I asked to move again, but it took four hours to get another room. The worst stay I’ve had.
