Water was limited or unavailable at times, which made showering and using the restroom difficult. The hotel also had a persistent unpleasant smell that made it hard to feel comfortable. I noticed dirt and dust around the property, and the cleanliness fell short of what I expected. Staff seemed disinterested and slow to respond when I needed help, which affected the stay. I hope Hotel Good Times improves the cleanliness, odor, service, and water supply so guests can have a comfortable experience.

Rooms were in awful condition, and there was no service. Staff weren't supportive, and they'd move your room and luggage whenever they wanted, without asking. It didn't feel safe for girls or boys. Don't book here or your trip could be ruined.

The room was filthy, with stained sheets, cigarette ash on the TV cabinet, and a strong smoke smell. There was only one pillow, and we weren't even given towels or a water bottle. At the front desk, the man was rude and didn't know how to speak to older people. He made us pay an extra 400 rupees per day without a reason, charged for RO water, and never returned the 50 rupees we'd given earlier for change. A terrible experience. This place is very dirty, so don't go.

We were given a room with no key. The front desk man just said it had no key and that we could lock it from the inside. The room itself was filthy, smelled of cigarette smoke, and had stained sheets, cigarette ash on the TV cabinet, a used oil bottle, and just one pillow. There were no towels or water bottle either. Disgusting hotel and staff. Don't go there.
