Nirbana Palace - A Heritage Hotel

The restaurant staff were the one bright spot. They were polite and courteous, and the restaurant service was good. Reception, on the other hand, made the stay miserable. This was my second time at Nirbana Palace, and the reception team was just as poor as before, with no basic courtesy and a careless, unprofessional attitude toward guests. I stayed in room 206 on 11 May 2026. The room was awful and nowhere near worth the price. The restaurant team really did understand hospitality, unlike the front desk, which ruined the experience.

The calm atmosphere and clean, comfortable surroundings made for a really good stay. The food was fresh and tasty, too. What stood out most was how warm and polite the staff were, always ready to help and welcoming from the moment I arrived. I’d seen some negative reviews beforehand and wasn’t sure about coming, but I’m glad I went anyway. I truly enjoyed staying at Hotel Nirbana Palace and would come back.

Getting around Jaipur is easy from here, with good connections to the railway station and bus routes. The rooms are clean, though a bit small. Restaurant floor manager Ms.Neha is always smiling and helpful, and Front office Manager Mr.Ajay is supportive. Some of the other front office staff could improve their service, especially those on evening and night duty. The food is great, and this is an excellent option for a stay in Jaipur.

There was no sense of heritage here, and I wouldn’t recommend it if that’s what you’re looking for. I chose this place based on pictures and reviews that seemed fake. The food was just okay, but the service around it felt unprofessional and rude. The room service was basically nonexistent. I had to ask for toiletries, which I’ve never had to do at a hotel before. The receptionist and other staff were unprofessional, and seemed well practiced at saying no to every request. They put two single beds together to make a double, and it was really uncomfortable. After I asked several times to change it, they said there wasn’t another room available. Later, though, I realized most of the rooms were vacant. If I could give it 0/5, I definitely would. PATHETIC.
