Hotel Laxmi Villa by OYO Rooms

The bathroom was very dirty when we arrived, and the room hadn't been cleaned before we got it. We had to specifically ask them to sanitize it in front of us. Staff weren't cooperative. Our booking requested twin beds, but they didn't provide them. After we raised it with OYO, they said they'd arrange twin beds at night, then refused later. They also seemed to have forgotten breakfast was included. When we asked, they said it wasn't booked, and only after we asked them to check again did they give us a plate of poha. It tasted average. I'm not coming back or recommending a stay here.

The hotel itself is just okay, but the manager was the worst. He tries to fool customers by claiming it isn't under Oyo, then asks them to cancel the booking and charges more than usual.

The rooms are clean and very nice, and the building looks good too. Prices are comfortable and budget friendly. Customer service was friendly and really nice. Visit anytime 👍
