The room facilities didn't match what was promised: the AC didn't work and the washroom wasn't clean. Staff also demanded extra money and said they wouldn't give me a room if I didn't pay it. When I arrived with an OYO booking, they told me to cancel it and offered their own room at a higher price. OYO should cancel its association with this hotel. It was a complete waste of money. If negative ratings were possible, I'd give it -5.
I paid 850, which was supposed to include breakfast, but the hotel said breakfast wasn't provided. They didn't refund anything either. Although the hotel is linked with OYO, they seem to prefer cash and don't want customers booking through OYO.
The amenities, atmosphere, and staff were all good, but the power problems made the stay frustrating. The AC shut off at night while the staff were asleep, and there was no water supply for the whole night. They need to address this.
They turned off the room's AC in the middle of the night without telling us, and the geyser didn't work. My OYO booking was confirmed over the phone, but when I showed the booking ID, the person cancelled it without my knowledge. They also charged more than the amount shown on OYO. A really bad experience.
I was left stuck in the middle of the night with no way to get elsewhere. The hotel wouldn't accept my booking, and the staff's attitude was poor. OYO's refund policy was disappointing, even for a corporate customer. I spent an hour talking to them and got no satisfactory answer or rebooking. About as disappointing an experience as you can have.
