I came all the way from Mumbai with my partner, who’s from Jamnagar, and we couldn’t check in. The hotel staff said our IDs didn’t match, but never explained what that meant. If this is a Gujarat rule, it should’ve been made clear before booking. I’d paid nearly 5.5 thousand for three days, and they kept saying they’d refund it, but more than a day later we still hadn’t received the money. We then had to book more expensive hotels because we couldn’t find a suitable place that would accept both our IDs. A pathetic experience. This property should be blacklisted.

On New Year’s, I arrived to check in after booking and was turned away because, the staff said, our IDs didn’t match. I’m from Jamnagar and my partner is from Mumbai, but they couldn’t explain what the problem was. We ended up booking a much more expensive hotel because of the Gujarat rule. It was deeply disappointing. We’re in 2026, but this place has a village mindset. I’m never coming back to this pathetic state.

The photos don’t show what the property is actually like. It’s inside a commercial complex without proper ventilation, and even the lift doesn’t work well. They speak nicely, but what you get in person doesn’t match what was promised. When I arrived at 2 AM, only one room was available. Better to pay a little more and stay elsewhere.
