The rooms are quite small, and the toilet seats were broken. They only clean the room if you ask before 12PM. After that, the cleaners are gone, so you can end up with the same bedsheet for another 24hours. You also often see a few couples visiting at odd hours. Service was pathetic and the staff arrogant. I'd give it zero if I could.

The rooms were dirty and very average, and I can't see why this hotel is rated so highly. Service and management were bad. The manager was rude and unprofessional, and didn't know how to do the job or speak politely to customers. Very disappointing, I'd avoid this place.

We had booked 3 rooms online, but the staff were clearly unhappy about that and treated us rudely. Even though all the rooms were empty, they wouldn't let us check into even one, although we were traveling with a small baby. They said in Hindi, “Don't teach me how this works. Who told you to come early? I can't give you a room, you booked online. I keep the rooms for my offline customers.” They wouldn't cooperate with us, and the manager spoke harshly enough to make us feel insecure while we were there with women and family.

We went to Moonlight last week. The rooms were clean and good, but the manager and staff didn't respond well or provide proper service. The manager was rude and ungrateful. The staff weren't great either.
