Qotel Hotel AT Residency Kaushambi

We held a small celebration here, and it all went smoothly. The comfortable venue and good service made it a lovely setting for our family gathering. A nice spot for small parties and special occasions.

The room we got after checking in was in poor condition and nothing like the one shown when we booked. We reported it right away and asked to cancel and get a refund, but neither the hotel nor Cleartrip offered proper help. We hadn’t used the room, yet they refused to refund us. They also wouldn’t properly cooperate when we asked them to cancel or return the ID details taken at check-in. The whole experience felt misleading, with very poor customer service. Be careful booking through this hotel and platform.

The room smelled bad, the toilets were unpleasant, and the washroom was old and rusty. They gave us water in a used bottle, and staff were rude and wouldn’t even help bring our luggage upstairs. I’d told them well in advance that I would arrive at 5pm, although their check-in time is noon, but the receptionist told us to cancel because they’d given our room to someone else by the hour. I was in Delhi for five days but left this hotel after one because of the room and the staff’s behavior. Staying there with my senior citizen parent was a nightmare. Booking here was a terrible decision.

The staff are so friendly, and the service is really good. They bring food to the room promptly.
