The staff were very bad and ill-mannered. They should learn how to speak to guests. Please change the staff.

I ended up sitting in the car with the AC on instead of dealing with the staff’s attitude, and I’m never going back. My uncle and aunt had booked a room for a short freshen-up break while I waited quietly in the lounge. The receptionist and other staff were shockingly rude, told me I couldn’t sit there, and sent me to the restaurant, where there was no AC or even a fan in the heat. Unka bas chale to har guest ko dhakke dekar bahar nikaal dein. They treat guests like intruders. Lootne ka hi dhanda bana rakha hai. I stayed calm, even though I could have shown them how disrespectful and unprofessional they were being. I have manners, which they clearly lack. They’re running a scam to squeeze every penny out of guests while treating them like a burden.

I booked this for a daytime stay for my parents, and the experience was pathetic. Basic things like the bathroom, towels, bedsheets, and cupboard weren’t clean. The staff didn’t even change the bedsheets, which looked used and dirty, and the towel didn’t seem washed either. The amenities have deteriorated drastically since my first stay here three years ago. For a 12hour day stay costing more than 1500, the room certainly wasn’t maintained to hotel standards. I’ll be looking elsewhere next time.

The hotel’s online charges don’t match what they charge when you arrive, and the staff’s behavior was very bad. Guests who drink alcohol make noise, and staff only speak after drinking too. I wouldn’t bring family here or come back. I’d give it zero stars. 👎👎👎👎👎
