The cushions were dirty and the bedsheet hadn't been cleaned properly. I'd only consider this place if your budget is really tight.

The place felt very insecure, and the lift was old. The laundry listed in the online package wasn't free in practice, while the advertised free Wi-Fi barely worked because the signal was so weak. Waste of money, I wouldn't recommend it.

You really have to see this place to believe it. I've never come across a hotel like it in my whole career. Get a life, guys.

We had a very comfortable room and the service was great. It's handy for both the central area and the train station. I just wish our stay hadn't been limited to one night before we moved on to other parts of Ahmedabad.

We paid the full room charge in advance after calling Nova Prime to confirm our MakeMyTrip reservation. Then, the day before check-in, the hotel backed out and said it wouldn't accept MakeMyTrip bookings, even ones already paid for. We feel this is malpractice. The service and experience were terrible, so think twice before booking.
