Hotel Om Balaji by OYO Rooms

There was no Wi-Fi, no hot water, and no soundproofing. I could hear the couple next door arguing all night, dogs barking outside, and what seemed like construction at 2 a.m. The room had bugs crawling on the floor and walls, and I felt grossed out touching anything. The bed sagged in the middle, with suspicious stains, and the sheets looked unwashed. I found hair and what looked like crumbs between them. In the bathroom, tiles were cracked, black mold was spreading along the shower walls, and the toilet barely flushed. Even check-in was awful: I waited half an hour at an empty counter. The lobby smelled of mold and cheap disinfectant, and the staff seemed bored, irritated, and uninterested in helping. This was the worst hotel experience of my life. Calling it a hotel feels like an insult. It's dirty, unhygienic, noisy, and depressing, and the people running it seem not to care. Staying there felt like a punishment. This place should be shut down by the health department. Sleep in your car, on a park bench, anywhere else.

Third-rate service and staff. I asked several times for the room and bathroom to be cleaned, but they ignored me. The staff were rude.

The rooms are good quality, the service is good, and the location is good too.

The food tasted so bad it made me feel sick. The washroom was filthy, and the rooms weren't clean either. They gave us rooms that had been used without cleaning, with the previous guests' belongings still lying around. Everything was untidy and dirty. Not worth it at all, wouldn't recommend.
