Deluxe Haridwar Aagman

The room was spacious, the food was good, and hot water was available. But hygiene really wasn't satisfactory and needs a lot of improvement.

For the price, this is a good deal: it's a budget hotel with tasty food. There are a few minor things that could be fixed or improved, like the towels needing to be fresh and the flush needing attention.

The room smelled bad, there was moisture on the wall, and service was poor. The photos online were fake, in my view. They gave us a bad room, then asked us to cancel our online booking and pay them more directly. It felt like cheating. We lost our money and didn't stay. Please avoid this hotel and don't waste your hard-earned money. I'm uploading photos and videos for reference.

The staff behavior at fabs hotel was very bad. They didn't pick up the phone at all unless the call was about a reservation. If you asked about anything else, they'd leave you on hold for a long time.
