OYO 67036 Rr Residency

We booked two rooms at 9 pm and were told to check out at 11 the next morning. The quoted rates were 1,500 rupees for an AC room and 1,200 for a non-AC one. The rooms were dirty and in poor condition, and bedbugs bit us all night. The beds and bathrooms weren’t clean.

After traveling all the way there with a booking.com confirmation, I was told there were no rooms. The receptionist then said rooms were given on a first come, first served basis, which makes no sense when you’ve booked, given an arrival time, and received confirmation from the property. He was rude too. A disgrace to booking.com and OYO. I’ll never book here again or recommend it.

The photos on the app were nothing like the actual place. The rooms weren’t clean, the restroom was in bad shape, and the geyser didn’t work. I wouldn’t choose this for a family stay. MakeMyTrip endorsing a place like this is disappointing. I didn’t want to give even one star, but I’m doing so to warn others away.

They quoted Rs. 661/- on booking.com, then demanded double that when I arrived. The staff were very rude, and the rooms were dirty and in poor condition. This was the worst hotel experience of my life. Please avoid this place at all costs. This is an honest review.
