Hotel Comfort Park

We came from the United States with our children and stayed for 10 days. Housekeeping kept our spacious, comfortable room spotless every day, and the whole property was clean, organized, and family-friendly. The meals were fresh and full of flavor, with a great range of delicious options for adults and kids. Restaurant staff were always courteous and helpful. Everyone at the hotel was friendly, professional, and ready to assist, so we felt welcome from the start. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it to families looking for good service, food, and cleanliness. We look forward to coming back.

The location made getting to the main attractions easy, and breakfast had plenty of fresh, tasty choices. My room was clean, roomy, and comfortable, and Mr. Arvind Swami was professional and always ready to help. I felt welcome from the moment I arrived. It was a relaxing stay, and I’d happily come back or recommend the hotel.

The restaurant’s food really stood out. Every dish we tried was fresh, delicious, and full of flavor, and the complimentary breakfast also had a great range and quality. We came from Sri Lanka and booked about 10 days ahead. Hotel Comfort Park had two adjoining rooms ready as soon as we arrived, and the staff treated us warmly and kindly throughout. We appreciated the hospitality toward Sri Lankan guests and will be back. Thanks to the whole team for making the stay comfortable and memorable.

Management’s response was deeply upsetting. When we reported the missing money, they just said there was no proof, pleaded innocence, and made no effort to investigate or take responsibility. No CCTV check was offered, there was no apology, and they did nothing to make it right. We were staying at Hotel Comfort Park Porur for a family visit. While we were out, someone opened our bags and took cash, including our children's purse and a bundle of ₹20 notes worth ₹2,000. We stayed from 3.3.26 to 6.3.26. For the first two days our rooms were 309 and 311, then from 5.3.26 we moved to Family room 301 and checked out on the evening of 6.3.26. The way this was dismissed is as concerning as the theft itself. I strongly advise families to avoid this hotel. Keep valuables locked up or with you, or choose somewhere that takes guest safety seriously.
