The reception staff were polite before payment, then became rude and unprofessional afterwards. The rooms were extremely dirty, and the beds smelled bad, making the place unhygienic and unpleasant. It feels unsafe for women and children, and illegal activities seem to take place here. Staying could seriously affect your health. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

This was the worst stay I've had, with awful service and terrible bedroom and restroom conditions. Cockroaches came out at night, the toilet was loose, and there was a power cut. We booked two days but left after one, telling them we were fine without a refund.

There was no water in the bathroom or toilet, and the flush didn't work. After arguing with the owner, we were moved to a different room, but it had the same problems. The rooms weren't clean, either. Once payment is made, the owner, manager and reception staff start behaving rudely. Better to avoid staying here.

No heaters, fans that didn't work, no lift, and a receptionist who wouldn't respond. The atmosphere was poor and the place looked deserted. Outside noise added to an awful stay, and it wasn't worth the money. I rate it 2/5.
